Dale B. Rycraft Jr.  , Esquire

Mr. Rycraft has practiced law for approximately fourteen years. Prior to starting his own law firm, he was a partner at Peel Brimley, LLP, one of the top construction law firms in Nevada. He has more than eight years experience handling mechanics liens and construction claim litigation. Mr. Rycraft has drafted, reviewed, and negotiated hundreds of contracts on behalf of owners, general contractors and subcontractors. Mr. Rycraft also practices bankruptcy law where he has represented both creditors and debtors. Prior to joining the Peel Brimley law firm, Mr. Rycraft worked as an attorney for TIG Excess and Surplus Lines, Inc. and Zurich N.A. At Zurich’s Las Vegas staff legal office, his practice was concentrated primarily in the defense of subcontractors in construction defect lawsuits. Mr. Rycraft’s current law practice is concentrated in the areas of construction law, where he represents owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, and bankruptcy, where he represents consumer and small business debtors, as well as mechanics lien claimants pursuing their statutory lien rights in bankruptcy court.

Sharon Samson, Paralegal

Sharon Samson was president of the Clark County Organization of Legal Assistants from 1998 – 2000. She is one of seven paralegals in the State of Nevada certified in her specialty by the National Association of Legal Assistants. Sharon's areas of knowledge are concentrated in:

Sandy Barker, Paralegal

Sandy Barker provided legal services to the law firm of Cohne, Rappaport & Segal, P.C., and Boulden & Gillman, P.C., in Salt Lake City, Utah for about 20 years before joining Rycraft Law. Sandy was the paralegal for Duane H. Gillman and Roger G. Segal, Chapter 11 Panel Trustees for the District of Utah. She has assisted numerous attorneys in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy filings. Her areas of knowledge include:

Bankruptcy experience

As a seasoned paralegal, Ms. Barker has a wide range of bankruptcy experience including preparing Statement of Affairs and Schedules for debtors as well as reviewing same for Trustees.
